Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

Effective date: 16 September 2026

Hakim Budh Ram accepts return or replacement requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

- The product was damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective or unusable
- An item is missing from the order

To request a return or replacement, email hakimbudhram1928@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video of the package and product. Please do not send any product back without our confirmation.

Products that have been opened, used, consumed, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Food, health, wellness, personal-care and other consumable products with an opened seal are also non-returnable. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

After reviewing the complaint, we may arrange a replacement, return pickup or refund. Replacement is subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, an eligible refund will be issued.

Approved prepaid-order refunds will be sent to the original payment method. For eligible Cash on Delivery refunds, we may request bank-account or UPI details. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to bank and payment-provider processing times.

If the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping where applicable. Shipping charges are normally not refundable for change-of-mind requests, incorrect addresses or customer-caused delivery failures.

Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure or refusal by the customer may have applicable shipping or return costs deducted where permitted by law.
