We accept payments through available payment providers, including Razorpay, and may also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, the customer must pay the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may accept, cancel or refuse an order where there is an error in price or product information, the product is unavailable, the delivery address is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout through available delivery partners, including Shiprocket and its courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

6. Returns, refunds and replacements

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In general, eligible claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery and are limited to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.

Opened, used, consumed or altered products and change-of-mind returns may not be eligible, subject to applicable law.
